We created Botanica to take away some of the difficulties of trying to grow your own plants. It all started when I failed at growing a basil plant. I realized that due to my busy work schedule that I could not remember when I had watered it and therefore was literally drowning my plant, which then sadly became moldy and died. Now with Botanica, its alerts and diary entries, there is no confusion on the care my basil plant has recieved!
